Like Uranus, Pluto is tipped about 120 degrees, so Pluto is also on its side. Pluto is so far away, that it can only be seen using tools, such as the Hubble Space Telescope. |

Pluto is about twice as dense as water, and Earth is more than 5 times as dense as water.
At times during Pluto's orbit, Pluto can get closer to the sun than Neptune. Pluto's atmosphere is mainly made up of nitrogen, but there is also a little bit of methane and carbon monoxide. |
